I have ordered a laundry dryer, support to mount it on top of the washing machine and installation service, together in the same order. Until here everything standard. The laundry dryer arrived first, without manual and warranty documents. Still waiting for the support. Because they were shipped separately, proper installation could not happen. Definetly not ordering from this website again.

Items were sent separrate, so install could not be completed properly.

Contacted the customer service. They could not locate the support, which was sent with a different company. Because they placed the laundry dryer on top of the washing machine, they considered that as install, so no refund possible. The only solution they could offer was for me to return all items. No reasonable attempt was made to remedy the situation. They would rather pay a company to pick up the items, than have someone come and place everything correctly.
