The payment happened really easy and fast, compared to the online shops that I have used before.

The delivery was on the next day of my order. A friend of mine said that if I have order it in the morning there was a possibility to come the same day, which is awesome. Normally, I wait from 10 to 14 days for something, but now it was less than 24 hours.

As I am not from the Netherlands and I do not speak Dutch I was kind of confused with what should be done with the order. So I went to ask at the information desk and the people there immediately paid attention to me. Furthermore, she started speaking in English as she saw I an a foreigner, which is really nice. The excelent service in the shop made my whole order a lot easier, speaking from the side of a foreigner ordering in Dutch website.
