I had to call the media markt to discuss a purchase and the girl on the phone was really helpful not only did she tried to answer my questions but also she took my phone no to ask one of the team member to call me back with the proper solution to the problem. Excellent service and helpful team.

I also bought a Pioneer DEH 4700 DAB. The description of the product was quite clear online and was delivered the very next day as promised on the website.

I am quite surprised that overtime that I am either at the store or I call over the phone the team was very helpful and I am very pleased as a client for Media Markt already for years now.
