Either BCC is making too much money to care, or they want to sink their business.

- False advertisement on the website
- unreachable customer service.
If you want to be really mean to someone you mostly dislike, recomend them to shop at BCC :-)

Nice way to spend your vacation days from work. Wait at home for BCC to never show up !
Will never take you less than 45 minutes to go through the customer service by phone. And they won't offer you any compensation for your waste of time.

Also, don't even bother emailing. You'd get more lucky to get a reply by throwing your message in a bottle to the sea.
