Crucial RealSSD C300 2.5" 256GB

Geen review maar een waarschuwing, deze schijf is NIET compatibel met de nieuwe Macbook Pro 2011.

Je krijgt datacorruptie of kan zelfs je systeem niet installeren, de frabrikant heeft dit ondertussen bevestigd maar er is geen oplossing voor handen. (gelukkig heb ik zelf geen macbook)

Hello,

Some users have reported internal compatibility issues between their early 2011 Mac Book Pro systems and Crucial C300 SSDs, while their C300 works if used as an external drive. This is not a specific or unique compatibility issue to our Crucial SSDs; the same issue seems to be affecting other brands of SSDs as well. There has been some speculation as to what the cause of this is, but to date there is no known resolution.

As a result of this, for the time being Crucial has elected to no longer show the C300 drives as compatible in the 2011 Mac Book Pro machines. Several forums have posted possible work-around fixes for this issue that you may want to consider if you are affected by this situation. We are continuing to research this issue and look for a long term solution for our Crucial Mac Book Pro customers.
