Noctua NH-U12S Bruin

My first Noctua product, I spent a lot of time researching the best air cooler that would fit in my case, this cooler did not disappoint. My two primary requirements were low noise and cooling performance, in these respects it is top of its class.
In terms of noise, you would have no idea that your fan is running at 100% without your ear pressed against the PC case.
The cooling performance far surpassed my expectations also. I wanted to run a mild overclock on my Ryzen 5 3600. It turns out this cooler can sustain sustain 4.8 GHz OC at <85 deg. I could not believe the benchmark scores, I clearly won the silicon lottery with my CPU but that's not the point, processing speed = heat, and this cooler takes everything you throw at it.
The fan colour scheme is not for everyone, unless you're retro and are into that sort of thing. Personally i'm not very interested in how my PC looks, especially inside, I want to play high end video games, and for that this cooler delivers and then some.
