I did want to try that case but water cooling had priority.
The card itself is a solid 1080ti with the performance it brings. The fan by default is not very loud and that is why the temps are high.
If you set a custom fan curve you can tame the temps and tweak the turbo boost to not throttle as easily at the cost of acoustics. Or at least that is what I experienced, I used it with the stock fan for about 2-3 weeks and I did not notice anything weird otherwise with it. I got pretty much the same performance as other comparable systems I could find online so I felt happy and started overclocking.
I get why you want a blower style card in your DAN case otherwise

It will probably help with getting the hot air out of the box, that chassi is tiny ._. Good luck!
