Of het enige effect heeft is nog niet bekend dus dat moet je zelf maar uitvinden
Riva3D has created some drivers for Athlon owners that will increase Direct3D performance by using the Direst3D core from the 3.65 reference drivers in the 3.62 (Athlon only) shell. No confirmation on whether or not these drivers actually help framerates, so use at your own risk. HalcYoN: I did a little, ok a lotof the driver mixing back when the first Detonator drivers were released for the TNT. Back then, the TNT drivers went from SGIS-multitexturing to ARB-multitexturing. Since Quake2 used SGIS, the resulting framerate drop was about 20%. I think that amount of framerate was worth the risk. Maximizing Direct3D performance for one more frame/sec? Idunno...
