Riva Extreme maakt ons vandaag blij met een review van de Asus V6600 Deluxe GeForce 256 kaart. Ook Riva Extreme was erg te spreken over het kaartje, mede dankzij de goede overklokbaarheid (142/196MHz) werden erg hoge prestaties gemeten. Hieronder een gedeelte:
I think that the benchmarks speak for themselves, and they say that the V6600 is an incredibly solid performer. Undoubtedly in my mind, it is the best video card that I have had in my box EVER. Fully featured, fast, and not too expensive.First, I'd like to thank Asus for showing me my motherboard voltage was insufficient. The Smart Doctor actually taught me things about my system that I was previously unaware of, and it helped to make the V6600 easily the best video card that I've ever had in the test machine. When/if Asus puts out a DDR version of this card, grab it up as fast as you can - it will be worth it and you'll never be more pleased with a video card. I'd venture to say that you would be completely pleased with the V6600 Deluxe as well. Overall, it's highly recommended.
For showing innovations, postively easy and stable operation at overclocked and natural speeds, a load of features, and a reasonable price, the Asus V6600 Deluxe deserves a superior and a second look from you. Right now, it's certainly the cream of the Single Data Rate RAM crop, and I suggest you snap one up before Asus sells them all.
