In our experience the Celeron 400 has been particularly nasty at the 6.0 x 100MHz setting, even with below zero degrees F capable cooling methods employed. In fact we've yet to successfully stabilize any of our Celeron 400 CPUs at 600MHz to the point where we'd feel confident recommending them as a daily use machine. Our experience lies in the usage of just four Celeron 400s however, so it is very possible that others will have better luck than we did. Just be aware that the possible success rate for the Celeron 400 overclocking to 600MHz in a stable environment is very low, regardless of what voltage and cooling measures are taken.
