Ik kwam bij Virtual Zone dit plaatje van de Asus RIMM naar DIMM convertor tegen. Kan handig zijn als je geen zin hebt om 1500 piek neer te leggen voor een Rambus reepje van 128Meg :

And yes it is possible, thanks to a chip named Memory Repeater Hub (i82804), which translates signals RAMBUS into signals SDRAM and vice versa. There are two ways of implementing it... either directly on the mother board like does it MSI with its card 2 DIMM + 2 RIMM... or using a converter such as the DR2 of ASUSTeK. It is enough for you to put it in one of connectors RIMM, and you will have two sites DIMM accepting the SDRAM.
