Eric van Fastgraphics heeft een review van de ATI Rage Fury met Rage 128 chip in elkaar gezet. Op een of andere reden heb ik een pest hekel aan ATI. Vorige ATI kaarten waren nogal klote qua performance (en ze zitten ook in Macs 
), maar de Rage 128 is redelijk snel, in de buurt van de TNT:
As you see the Rage 128 chipset is in all games slower than TNT when running at 640x480. When the resolutions are cranked up the differences get smaller, or Rage 128 is even faster than TNT. An other point of notice is the 32 bit performance. Rage 128 rulez tha scene over here. Riva TNT takes a beating of about 40% when you switch to 32 bit color depth while Rage 128 keeps smiling and drops only some 5% which is extremely little. This makes playing games in the superior 32 bit quality finally a real option.
