The good part of Conrad 3D scanner is definitely the mechanism which is very precise. Both the laser and the table are adjustable in very small steps. The servo's used are obviously high-quality. The overall impression you get when you look at the L2000 is that of quality. I've been scanning dozens of objects with the L2000 and it never failed or cracked or made any dangerous noises. The mechanism inside is definitely built to last. Nothing but good stuff constructionwise.
