Do you own a new Abit BE6 or Abit BP6 motherboard? If so then you may be having difficulties with the Ultra ATA 66 controller and certain types of hard drives (Western Digital, etc.). Abit sent us some brand new beta drivers and BIOSes for these boards, so try them out and those problems should get fixed.
