After all, Windows 2000 will just be released in the year 2000. At least, this announced Rudolf Gallist, member
of the management at Microsoft Germany, at the Windows-2000-forum on April, 27th. The conference was
organized by the Germany company debis (DaimlerChrysler Services AG) in Offenbach. Gallist repeated his
statement several times. So far Microsoft always claimed the product would be delivered this year. Until today
Microsoft Germany was not able to give further comments on Gallist's statements or to tell an exact release date
for Windows 2000.
