Cyrix is "splitting" up. The MediaGX and other integrated products are based in Longmount, Colorado. This portion of Cyrix is staying with National Semiconductor. They will continue to develop integrated products and PC on a chip with National.The rest of Cyrix is focused on making stand alone x86 cores. This group is being sold (in total, marketing, sales, engineering) to an un-named company. Cyrix will remain in the x86 market, and continue our roadmap. ( We will just be part of another company. ) Stay tuned for details on who the buyer is...
Gobi is on schedule, and is looking very good. The MII line will continue to be improved.
