BXboards heeft een review over ComputerNerd's 2U Dude! Computer. Er zijn natuurlijk plaatjes en benchmarks (over Linux, NT en RC5) te zien
The system is designed around the Epox EP-KP6-BS dual-processor motherboard, 2-300A PPGA slot 370 Celeron CPU's on 2 modified for 2.2v RA7B Slocket adaptors and the finest in SCSI and video setups--at a comparatively low cost to the end user, base starting at $3,195 US. Also, ComputerNerd plans to offer a P-III 500-based version, for those who can afford too and insist on having Intel's latest. Our test bed was supplied with both processor groups for comparison purposes. ComputerNerd will also be offering a stand-alone P-III upgrade solution to those who purchase the Celeron version and choose later to go to the P-III platform. ComputerNerd is evaluating a plan to possibly offer a 100% return allowance on the Celeron's and an additional 10% off their list price for the Pentium III replacements.
