Xitel, the little known company out of Australia, that brought you the Storm VX sound card is back with the Storm Platinum. The Storm VX was based on the Aureal Vortex chipset, and so it is no surprise that the Storm Platinum has the Aureal Vortex 2 at its center. The new card is available at the same price that the original debuted at ($79.95), plus is also available as part of a Gamers Pack for $99.95.
