Adreline Vault heeft een review geupt van F16 Agressor. Wat betreft storyline is het vergelijkbaar met Strike Commander (die terug in 1993 zo'n 40Meg van je schijf op kwam eisen, wat heel errug veel was). Bethesda Softworks, de maker van F16 Agressor, wil qua realisme op het niveau van Falcon 4.0 mee spelen:
Some might say that by setting the game up to compete with Microprose's Falcon 4.0 on a realism level will prove to be its undoing. GSI and Bethesda however, feel up to the challenge, and hope to differentiate the game by providing a few features that the competition does not. Unlike conventional simulations, where you are assigned to a unit and fly for the military might, F-16 Aggressor takes the Strike Commander approach and puts you in charge of a mercenary operation. Not only will you have to master the flight dynamics, but the economic ones as well.
