When you consider the quality of the drivers, hardware, and overclocking abilities of this card, then your choice should become more clear as to which card you’ll want to grab for your next gaming machine. At a street price of around $330.00 (pricewatch), the Leadtek is definitely in the same ballpark as its peers, but should be a good choice unless you need DVI output for a digital flatpanel.
In a world where it’s getting more difficult to choose just which video card to slam your 300 clams down on, one thing is for sure. The choices we have today are a clear example of what competition in the marketplace can bring. I remember a couple of years ago when we had to pay close to $500.00 for an SLI Voodoo2 setup which is completely dwarfed by today’s video cards.
