Steve Balmer, een manager bij Microsoft heeft een paar stevige kritiekpunten op het beleid van Microsoft. Verhuld in allerlei moeilijke redeneringen zegt hij in dit artikel eigenlijk dat Microsoft slechte software maakt en niet meer helemaal doorheeft waar het nou allemaal om draait.
