Software-update: Home Assistant OS 18.4

Changes

Home Assistant OS 18.4 is a bugfix and security release, mainly addressing kernel regressions found in 18.3. It fixes VLAN networking on Realtek adapters and RTL8761B (0bda:a728) Bluetooth adapters, which stopped working with kernel 6.18.45. Several boot and USB storage issues are fixed as well. The Linux kernel is updated to 6.18.58, and Docker, containerd, Go and Buildroot are updated with security fixes. The Buildroot update also brings a new CA certificate bundle that removes trust in the eMudhra root certificates used to sign the compromised intermediate certificates. All users are encouraged to upgrade.

Signed release images

Release downloads now include SHA256SUMS and its signature bundle, SHA256SUMS.sigstore.json. You can use these with Cosign to check that an image came from Home Assistant and has not been modified.
