De programmeurs achter TVTool hebben versie 9.5 gereleased. Dit programma is bedoeld voor nVidia-videokaarten met tv-out en kan de uitgang softwarematig naar eigen wens tweaken. In deze release worden nog meer remote controllers ondersteund en zijn een reeks bugfixes doorgevoerd. De update kan vanaf hier neergehaald worden, terwijl geregistreerde gebruikers op deze pagina terecht kunnen. Het changelog laat de volgende lijst met veranderingen achter:
TVTool 9.5 introduces a number of new features, improvments and important bug fixes. Especially the infrared part has been changed a lot. With the new options TVTool supports more infrared remote controls than the leading IR program from a competitor :-). An overview of the changes:
- The position for the secondary device can be selected
- A toolbar fix was integrated
- Brightness adjustment for Conexant chips
- Screensaver and energy settings are disabled on the fly now
- Infrared configuration can be saved
- Bandwith of infrared signal can be adjusted
- Toggle bit elimination function
- Drop down controls for the IR commands
- New commnand line parameters: /zoom, /resize/, /sendi2c xx xx
- Info message when soundcard is selected with hotkeys
- Picture position for Conexant chips adjusted newly
- 720x480 modes for Philips SAA7104 and SAA7108A fixed
- Force TV detection improved
- Switching back to monitor on GF2-MX and GF3 fixed
