ISP Monitor haalt de up- en downloadstatistieken van de website van je provider en giet deze in een meer bruikbare vorm die lokaal wordt weer gegeven. Hierdoor is het programma vooral handig voor mensen met een up- en downloadlimiet bij hun provider. Daarnaast wordt er ook een normale DU Meter meegeleverd die door iedereen te gebruiken is. Versie 4.6.0 is sinds kort uitgebracht met het volgende changelog:

- Improved network changes detection.
- ISP Monitor will now open a new instance of your default browser when opening a website.
- Seperated Webspace module for Telenet, allowing both to be updated seperatly.
- XS4All Netherlands issues reported by some users, contact me if you want this fixed.
- You might see some small glitches when switching providers from within the program. A restart is recommended when switching providers.
