Golden Hawk Technology heeft een nieuwe versie van haar, naar eigen zeggen ontzettend populaire, CD-recording programma CDRWIN uitgegeven. De release is 3.9E genummerd. Een changelog is niet aanwezig, wel worden we van een lijst met features voorzien:
