Software-update: SmartFTP 6.0 build 2164

Smartsoft heeft een update voor versie 6.0 van zijn ftp-client SmartFTP uitgebracht. SmartFTP is een zeer uitgebreide ftp-client. Het biedt onder andere ondersteuning voor beveiligde verbindingen via tls en ssl, communicatie van server naar server via fxp, foutcontrole via xcrc, en verschillende nat- en upnp-omgevingen. Het programma is verkrijgbaar in de smaken Professional en Ultimate, waarin die laatste als extra's een terminal emulator en integratie met KeePass Password Safe heeft, LastPass biedt, en ondersteuning voor Amazon S3 heeft. Sinds versie 6.0 build 2066 zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:
