Op de site van Motherboard Monitor van Alex van Kaam is te lezen dat versie 5.02 van zijn veelgeprezen temparatuurmeetproggie uit is. De vraag is nu of hij alsnog doorgaat met de ontwikkeling van het programma. In september zinspeelde hij op een vervolg, na eerder bekend te hebben gemaakt te stoppen. Hij heeft er op zijn site niks over te zeggen, maar hier zijn, uit de readme file, de updates:
