Cloud Media heeft nieuwe firmware uitgebracht voor de A-400. Met dit apparaat, dat ook wel als Networked Media Jukebox wordt aangeduid, kunnen audio en video worden afgespeeld vanaf een aan het apparaat aangesloten externe harde schijf, een nas-systeem of een computer in het netwerk. Het bijwerken van de firmware kan door het zipbestand uit te pakken naar de hoofdmap van een usb-geheugenstick, vervolgens in het menu naar Setup > Maintenance > Firmware Update te gaan en op de 'Check For Firmware Update'-knop te klikken. De lijst met veranderingen voor deze update ziet er als volgt uit:
