AMD heeft na een lange reeks bèta's eindelijk weer eens nieuwe stabiele Catalyst-drivers uitgebracht. De drivers zijn geschikt voor Windows Vista en hoger, met zoals gebruikelijk aparte downloads voor 32bit- en 64bit-omgevingen. De drivers zijn geschikt voor Radeon-modellen vanaf de HD 5000-serie. Voor oudere kaarten, zoals de HD 2000-, 3000- en 4000-series die nu als Legacy worden aangeduid, zijn de laatste drivers vooralsnog 13.9. De changelog voor deze uitgave kan hieronder worden gevonden.

- System will TDR or BSOD when encoding with Power Director 11
- Driver installation might result in a black screen when installing on a Dual AMD Radeon R9 295X configuration under Windows 8.1. The issue can be overcome by rebooting the PC; upon reboot the display driver will be installed. The remaining Catalyst components can then be installed.
