Versie 1.90.0 van PS3 Media Server is verschenen. Dit programma is een in Java geschreven dlna-compliant UPnP-mediaserver. Oorspronkelijk bedoeld voor Sony's PlayStation 3, maar tegenwoordig worden veel meer apparaten ondersteund. PS3 Media Server is beschikbaar voor Windows, Linux en OS X, en maakt het mogelijk om audio en video naar een mediaspeler te streamen.
