Calibre is een opensource- en crossplatform-e-bookbeheerprogramma. Het kan onder andere alle relevante informatie en kaftafbeeldingen opzoeken en de e-boeken converteren om ze zo geschikt te maken voor de diverse soorten e-readers. Verder kan het kranten, tijdschriften en nieuwsartikelen op basis van rss-feeds omzetten naar e-bookformaat, en kunnen er boeken worden aangeschaft bij de bekende webwinkels. Elke vrijdag verschijnt er een nieuwe versie en hieronder is te vinden welke veranderingen en verbeteringen er deze week zijn aangebracht.
