Cerulean Studios heeft nieuwe bèta- en stabiele releases van Trillian Astra voor Windows uitgebracht. Met dit instant-messagingprogramma kan worden gechat met gebruikers van een groot aantal instant-messaging- en sociale netwerken, waaronder Windows Live, ICQ, Skype (alleen tekst), Twitter en Facebook. Trillian Astra is beschikbaar voor Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Android en BlackBerry. Daarnaast is er een versie die in een webbrowser draait, die dus overal gebruikt kan worden. Wat er in deze releases is veranderd is niet helemaal duidelijk, maar ze zijn verschenen nadat er 'belangrijke wijzigingen' aan de systemen van Cerulean Studios zijn doorgevoerd.
Server Maintenance and Version Updates
We did some pretty significant work on the system last night which requires upgrades to all of the desktop versions of Trillian. For those of you who haven't upgraded and are having login issues... Here are the links to the various versions of Trillian
This update shouldn't have any effect on the mobile versions of Trillian.
If you're having trouble getting Trillian to connect after an update, try this:Windows users: Click the Trillian icon at the top of your contact list, then Manage Accounts, click the Astra connection and Settings, then change the port from 3158 to 443.
