Er is met buildnummer 934 een nieuwe ontwikkelversie van versie 3.00 van de mediaspeler AIMP uitgebracht. AIMP is een gratis lichtgewichtmediaspeler van Russische makelij, met ondersteuning voor de meest gebruikte muziekformaten. Het uiterlijk heeft wat weg van Winamp en is door middel van skins aan te passen. AIMP heeft een 18-kanaalsequalizer aan boord en ondersteunt plug-ins. Verder kan het programma cd's rippen, muziekbestanden converteren en tags editten.
Versie 3.0 bevat, naast een nieuw uiterlijk, onder andere een nieuwe sound engine, een compleet vernieuwde muziekbibliotheek en ondersteuning voor ReplayGain. Het changelog voor deze release laat de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen zien:
