Op FileForum troffen we de nieuwste CoolMon aan. Het betreft versie 0.981. Voor wie nog niet bekend is met dit programma staat er op de site een duidelijke uitleg:
CoolMon displays vital system information in a small configurable window. Most of the application's data is retrieved from the Windows performance counters. It is able to display Processor usage, Number of Processes, Number of Threads, Used page file/Total page file, Used RAM/Total RAM, Computer Uptime, Date & Time, Computer name, All IP addresses, Network read and write speed, and Motherboard Monitor temperatures. It can do this locally as well a remotely over a LAN or the Internet.[break]Het changelog dat deze versie heeft meegekregen laat de volgende veranderingen zien:[/break][break] CoolMon wordt vrijgegeven onder de BSD licence, meer info vind je hier. - Will no longer show up in the Task Managers "Applications" pane
- Fixed "Display Items" and other dialogs sometimes being sent to the back of the desktop
- Fixed CoolMon not returning to it's orignal positon when changing resolution (like a game or a movie)
- Added check, to prevent bugs from people running MBM and CoolMon at the same time
- Ability to pause/start coolmon from the command line
- Added ability to remove the uptimes menu, if you dont want it, use the "-stats" switch
- Rearranged menu again, to make things easier to find
- Change name of "lock form" into "lock position"
- Checking "show dragging handle" will uncheck "lock placement", checking "lock placement", will uncheck "show dragging handle"
- Added the license to the whole thing, and now the source is available for download.
