Alwil Software heeft na een reeks van bèta's nu een nieuwe stabiele versie van Avast uitgebracht. Dit antivirusprogramma is verkrijgbaar in de smaken Avast Free Antivirus en Avast Pro Antivirus. Daarnaast is er Avast Internet Security, met onder andere een firewall en spambestrijding als extra's. Op deze pagina worden de verschillende versies tegen elkaar afgezet. In de nieuwe release zijn onder andere diverse verbeteringen aangebracht aan de sandbox en de firewall.
