Firmware-update: Asus M4A78-E 1213

Asus heeft voor de moederborden van het type M4A78-E een nieuwe bios uitgebracht met 1213 als het versienummer. Deze moederborden zijn opgebouwd rond een AMD 790GX/SB750-chipset, die AMD Phenom, Athlon en Sempron-processors met een AM3, AM2+ of AM2-voetje ondersteunt. De bijbehorende lijst met veranderingen van deze uitgave ziet er als volgt uit:

Version 1213:

• Fix the issue that certain network card can not be detected on PCIE Slot.

Version 1210:

• Improve the system performance when use certain CPU.
• Support new CPUs. Please refer to our website.

Version 1204:

• Support new CPUs. Please refer to our website.

Version 1104:

• Fix the issue that the system may not be able to resume from S3 when use ECC memory x 4 with ECC function enabled in BIOS.

Version 1101:

• Modify the device scan rule when use Crash Free.

Version 1006:

• Fix the issue that the system may hang at the time of entering OS when use certain CPU with C1E enabled in bios.
