Tyan heeft voor zijn moederbord van het type Tempest i5400PW (S5397) een nieuw bios uitgebracht met 1.05 als het versienummer. Het moederbord is gebaseerd rond een Intel Seaburg MCH-chipset en biedt plaats aan twee Intel Xeon 5100-, 5200-, 5300- en 5400-processors met een Socket-LGA771-voetje. De lijst met veranderingen ziet er als volgt uit:

- Fixed an issue where if Snoop Filter was set to [Enable], poor memory bandwidth would result
- Added support for NVIDIA Tesla devices
- Set S1 as the default ACPI Suspend Type
