Panasonic heeft nieuwe firmware klaargezet voor de Lumix DMC-L10. De digitale camera krijgt hierdoor een upgrade naar versie 1.1. De nieuwe firmware kan voor Windows (1,6MB) en Mac OS X (1,5MB) gedownload worden. De ontwikkelaars van Panasonic hebben de firmware voorzien van de nodige verbeteringen. Zo zijn de auto exposure en auto white balance getweakt. Het volledig changelog ziet er als volgt uit:

- Improved the performance of AE (An accuracy improvement of Auto Exposure at night scene).
- Improved the performance of AWB(Auto White Balance).
- Shortened the minimum shooting intervals on the single shooting mode.
- Enabled the Front/Rear dial operations in the fine white balance adjustment and the change of magnifying position on the MF Assist in Live View mode.
