Microsoft heeft een nieuwe versie van Office Outlook Connector online gezet. Het programma is inmiddels aangekomen bij versie 4 en kan na het valideren van de Windows-installatie vanaf deze pagina gedownload worden. Met behulp van Office Outlook Connector is het mogelijk om in Outlook 2003 en Outlook 2007 e-mailaccounts van Hotmail en Office Live Mail na te kijken en te beheren. Daarnaast zijn afspraken, taken en aantekeningen in te voeren, maar voor deze extra functies moet er wel een abonnement zijn afgesloten bij Hotmail of Office Live Mail. De volgende release notes zijn door Microsoft beschikbaar gesteld:
