Tyan heeft voor zijn moederborden van het type Thunder K8SE (S2892) een nieuw BIOS uitgebracht met 2.03 als het versienummer. Het moederbord is gebaseerd rond een nVidia nForce pro 2200 chip en biedt plaats aan twee AMD Opteron 200-serie processors met een Socket-940-voetje. De meegeleverde lijst met veranderingen ziet er als volgt uit:
