Het Noorse bedrijf Opera Software heeft een nieuwe versie van zijn gelijknamige webbrowser uitgebracht voor Symbian S60. Het versienummer is aangekomen bij 8.50 en is in tegen stelling tot de versies voor een normale computer niet gratis te gebruiken. Heb je eerder al een licentie gekocht voor Opera op Symbian S60 dan kan je kosteloos upgraden. This Opera version runs only on Symbian OS 7.0 and higher. It will not work on older Symbian 6.1 handsets, such as 7650, 3650, N-Gage, SX1, and Sendo X.
