Nadat we eerder al melding maakten van 4.20 beta 6 is heeft Kerio nu de final-versie van zijn Personal Firewall uitgebracht. Dit programma is in staat om pop-ups, cookies, scripts en content te filteren om zo de computer te beschermen. Nieuw in deze versie is onder andere de toevoeging van een zogenaamd Host Intrusion Prevention System. Simpel gezegd houdt dit in dat er wordt ingegrepen op het moment dat er verdacht gedrag van programma's wordt geconstateerd. Een andere opvallende verandering is dat Windows 9x en NT niet meer worden ondersteund. Het volledige changelog ziet er als volgt uit:
