Ive seen bad reviews on the internet about this webshop but decided to give it a try. I stated clearly also in my order remark that Im new customer and please make sure to send correct item. Delivery time was 2 days which is fine but I received wrong headphones and the facture was ripped off, half of the facture was not ever readable like someone tear it apart and made a ball from it and throw it to trash but then realized its for customer so he took it back from trash. Also return costs I had to pay by myself which is additional 33% of total cost what I bought. Also We will see if I even get my back. I gave them 2 weeks soo we will see. Otherwise I will have to go in person to their warehouse which is additional costs. Really bad.

Facture came ripped in pieces and not even readable. Other than this. PostNL did a good job as usual.

Got mail from CS about return in 2 days. Thats fine. We will see if I even get my money back
