I visited in person because wanted to see camera bags in person. I was very happy that all the ones I was interested were available in the shop. Only one extra item had to be ordered. The person was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Initially we made a mistake and then the person helped to correct it so that correct item would be shipped. Overall, very happy with the experience!
