AlgemeenI ordered for a Playstation 5 in May 2022 for a value of 714,95€. It was a birthday present for my partner. I sent an e-mail to the manager, who told me that there were a lot of orders and that the delivery time was too long. After several weeks, I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. The refund never arrived! After many emails, this guy always promises a refund for the next week, but of course, I'm still waiting for the money.
Before buying this Playstation, I checked the reliability of the site on Trustpilot, the rating was quite good with many positive comments. Except that after analysis and steps, it turns out that there are 2 profiles for the same store! Ti84shop and TI-84shop. If you look closely at the 2 profiles, you can see that the comments and rating are not the same and that this is a SCAM. I advise you to write your comments on both profiles.
It was a big gift and when I see the number of people being scammed like me, we must react and denounce these practices to all social media.
As advised by test-achat, I waited until June 30, and sent an email specifying that if on June 30, the deadline for the refund, the amount was not on my account, I would appeal to the European justice system to settle the case and I would personally deal with the social networks, which is what I'm doing at the moment, as test-achat is not competent to deal with these problems outside Belgium.
As this company is based in the Netherlands, I have contacted the European Consumer Centre in Belgium, which will be able to intervene so that I can be reimbursed by launching a "small claims" procedure.
