I sent a review a few weeks ago saying I can not receive my money. Now that I finally got my money back, I wanted to send a review of the full experience.
I was thinking that I am dealing with a negligent company, but I was wrong. I am sure they are fraudulent, and the fact that this website is still working baffles me.

I bought a PS5 on the 25th of May, and I canceled my order on July 18th. after 2 weeks, I did not receive any money, so I started contacting them about that. Most of the replies that I received were 1) We are not at work right now, we will fix it when we are back. 2) we fixed it, and the money will be in your account in a few days.
All of them were lies.

After a few tries, and thinking that they are a negligent company. I got tired and threatened legal action. My friend sent them a legal notice, mentioning that you are broken many laws, and If we don't receive the money in the next 2 weeks, we will take legal action. They send the money back 5 minutes after the email. The email was sent outside of their working hour, and it only took them 5 minutes to send the money back.

That is the reason that I am thinking it is a fraud, and all their promises are lies. They know what they are doing. They want to stall you as much as possible, it only takes them less than 5 minutes to send my money back.

In addition to all of that, one other shocking thing happened to me. After sending the previous review of the store, they send me a message(for the first time) and wanted to send the money back. The strange thing was that they asked me to delete my review, which I did not. So I do not know how many people deleted their negative reviews to get back their money, but I am sure it is more than zero.

P.S.: After writing this review, they sent me a message. their message: "ok we want to compensate you and you remove everything". How on earth they can get away with that?
