I have ordered a PlayStation 5 on 25.05.2023. There was information that my order will be deliver in one week. After one week I didn't receive anything. I send them email, but have no answer. I contacted them by WhatsApp asking to send me my PS5 or make a refund. They promised to make a refund next week (Tuesday or Wednesday). On Wednesday my bank account was empty. Wrote to WhatsApp one more time. Recived an answer, that refund will be until the end of the week. On Friday bank account was still empty. They stoped to answer in WhatsApp. Still have no information about my order and my money.

I'm going to visit police and make a complaint that TI84-shop is scummers and have stolen my money.

UPD 21.06.2023:
1. I have visited police. Provided them all information about this shop and my order (address of the website, information about my order from website, confirmation of order from the email, invoice from bank account, conversation from WhatsApp). They have registered my complaint and promised to do their best to solve my problem. Waiting for update from police.

2. I had a conversation with a lawyer about this situation. She advised me to sue the TI84-shop. She is sure, that I have a good chances to get back my money+some extra cash for a emotional distress. So I'm going to work in this direction.

3. Make a request to my bank about this situation and possibility to make a refund trough the bank. I'm not sure it can be successful but I will try.

I'm not going to leave it like that. So here I will be writing updates about all my steps and new information. So you can learn something useful to get your money back as soon as possible.

I can't say anything about delivery, because didn't recive my order. It seems that they don't have delivery at all.

Answered only in the WhatsApp, but you will not recive more then couple of common words.
