AlgemeenI don't know about the physical shop, but the online one is a complete mess! There is not a minimal of organization. I ordered a printer that (after paying) I was informed would be available only 3+ months later (!) I asked for an alternative (which they confirmed they had on stock), I paid the difference and next day they informed me that it was out of stock. When refunding they first refunded only the first amount and not the extra payment I did. My advice is to avoid this mess and find an alternative shop.
