AlgemeenI have ordered a PS5 Digital Edition from ti-84shop.nl on 18th of November. I still had not received any shipping confirmation from them. I called them 3 or 4 times but no one picked up the phone. I sent 3 emails and didn't receive any response even though they promise a response within 48 hours. I want to know whether I will receive my order or not, but I couldn't reach any official in the company.
If they will not be able to ship my order, I will demand a refund.

There is currently no shipment, I'm waiting. I'm very disappointed about this.
UPDATE: Finally I got my PS5. After 3 weeks of email communication, company shipped the order and I received it. It is a company where you can buy products at a very affordable price if they communicate with the customer properly. I hope they can improve communication with the customer.
Unfortunately no contact and no answer to the emails. I can't reach them by phone either.
