AlgemeenDelivery time was long but in line with the expectations set when I ordered as well as the product price relative to the market.
In the end I had to return the product not due to a fault but rather a characteristic of the product (ordered an R1000 curved monitor; this was way more aggressive than I expected).
The return process was also slower but smooth overall.
Customer service is slower to response (more than 24 hours) but you cannot realistically expect Amazon level of support an lower prices relative to the market.
